Fort Pierce police seize nearly 2 pounds of marijuana from business, arrest four men – TCPalm

Fort Pierce police arrested four city residents Friday when the officers used a warrant to search a business in the 100 block of North 29th Street and seized 1.75 pounds of marijuana and $4,976 in cash, according to an arrest affidavit. 

Mario Demetrius McBride, 34, of the 700 block of North 27th Street, was charged with destroying or tampering with evidence, possession of a weapon or ammunition by a felon, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of more than 20 grams of marijuana and possession of drug equipment, the affidavit said.

He was released from the St. Lucie County Jail on Saturday after he posted $34,500 bail.

Winfred Dobson, 44, of the 5000 block of Killarney Avenue, was charged with possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of more than 20 grams of marijuana and possession of drug equipment, the affidavit said. 

Dobson was also released Saturday after posting $30,750 bail.

Martavis K. Brown, 20, of the 700 block of 27th Street, and Lamont Bradford McLarren, 30, of the 800 block of Hickory Street, were each charged with one count of possession of 20 grams or less of marijuana, affidavits
