Boynton Beach commissioners unanimously voted to ban medical marijuana dispensaries for one year if Florida voters approve legalization Nov. 4, according to WPTV-5.

A limited state law allowing the use of a low-THC medical marijuana passed in June. One poll taken this summer estimated that 88 percent of likely Florida voters would vote to fully legalize medical marijuana in November.
