San Jose City Council delays medical marijuana collective decision again – 1590 KLIV Silicon Valley News

No regulations on medical marijuana collectives in San Jose was decided on yesterday, and the discussion was once again moved back until the next city council.
This will be the second delay on potential regulations for the numerous medical pot clubs within the city, after the city council ran out of time to discuss the matter in both its afternoon and evening meetings.
With no city council meeting to take place the day after the Memorial Day holiday, the discussion will be picked up again June 3.
