LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KAIT) – On Thursday, July 11, the Arkansas Marijuana Commission met to discuss several marijuana dispensary ownership transfers.
During the meeting, the following were approved for transfer of ownership:
Good Day FarmGood Day Farm-HensleyDark Horse Medicinals
The Enlightened Heber Springs dispensary was also brought up in the meeting.
The request was for the dispensary to be transferred to a person who has been vetted every year since their original application in 2017.
During the meeting, it was made aware that AMC Chairman James Miller received a letter late Wednesday, July 10, indicating that some of the ownership for Enlightened Heber Springs may be in litigation in St. Francis County.
Due to this, the matter was tabled until the next meeting on Thursday, Aug. 22.
