Aroma Hill, Belvidere’s first cannabis dispensary, is on target to open in early August.
“We’re getting pretty close,” said developer Mike MacKinnon of Hoffman Estate-based Heidner Properties. “We’re down to the last few items. And of course, we’ve got to get the state inspection, and then we’re ready to go.”
