CINNAMINSON, NJ — A company called Twisted Joint LLC is scheduled to make a presentation to the Cinnaminson Township Zoning Board regarding the company’s establishment of a cannabis dispensary in the municipality, a public notice said.
Twisted Joint LLC is seeking a “site plan waiver and use variance approval” to transform the property at 2401 U.S. Route 130, in Cinnaminson Township into a dispensary during the upcoming meeting, according to the public notice.
Right now, an eye care center is 2401 U.S. Route 130, a Google search revealed.
There are also two grocery stores — Sam’s Club and Walmart Supercenter —and what appear to be places that cater to children and teenagers —Kiddie Academy of Delran and Spirit Explosion — in close proximity, the same search revealed.
Burlington County already has two cannabis dispensaries — one in Edgewater Park and one in Bordentown — that are up and running, according to the State of New Jersey Open Data Center. Both of these existing locations are named Curaleaf, according to that same website.
Twisted Joint LLC could not be reached for comment prior to this story’s posting.
