Cannabis dispensary proposed in city of Oswego | News | –

OSWEGO — The city of Oswego has granted tentative approval for a proposed cannabis dispensary, which would be one of the first such businesses in central New York.

Natasha Glynn and Darrell Pfiffner, owners of Bud Dispensary Co., plan to open a 2,000-square-foot dispensary in a building at 143 George St. on the city’s east side.
