A condominium association in a Hoboken building where a cannabis dispensary has applied to open is suing the dispensary’s would-be landlords, which includes the wife of Jersey City Mayor Steven Fulop.

The condo association is claiming in the 23-page lawsuit filed in Hudson County Superior Court that Jaclyn Fulop and Drew Nussbaum, the co-owners of Exchange Physical Therapy Group, purchased the retail space in the building under false pretenses.
