Marijuana stocks took a sharp turn downwards on Tuesday, finally bringing their recent rally to an end. GW Pharmaceuticals saw a bit of decent press on the news that the FDA took a liking to their cannabidiol-based drug Epidiolex, one of the few bright spots on an otherwise down day on the cannabis markets. Here are the marijuana stocks winners and losers for Tuesday, April 17, 2018:

GW Pharmaceuticals Plc

GW Pharmaceuticals Plc (GWPH) rose $13.550 per share, an increase of 11.24 percent, on higher than average trading volume to close out the day at $134.130 per share.

MariMed Inc.

MariMed Inc. (MRMD) rose $0.040 per share, an increase of 3.67 percent, on lower than average trading volume to close out the day at $1.130 per share.

General Cannabis Corp.

General Cannabis Corp. (CANN) fell $1.782 per share, a decrease of 31.14 percent, on higher than average trading volume to close out the day at $3.940 per share.

Surna Inc.

Surna Inc. (SRNA) fell $0.030 per share, a decrease of 11.54 percent, on lower than average trading volume to close out the day at $0.230 per share.
