The Planning Board of Red Bank has approved the borough’s first cannabis company, but there will not be anything for the average consumer to purchase.
Instead, the board approved plans for a warehouse and nursery that would focus on bulk wholesale.
From there, manufacturers or dispensaries would modify the plant for sale to consumers.
