THACKERVILLE, Okla. (KTEN) — A Sherman man has been arrested in connection with the attempted armed robbery and shootout at a Thackerville marijuana dispensary last Thursday night that ended in death for an alleged accomplice.

The Love County Sheriff’s Office said Clarence Hill checked himself into a Texas hospital early Friday morning for treatment of a gunshot wound to his foot.

Investigators were able to identify Hill, 20 as the fugitive. He was being held at the Grayson County Jail pending extradition to Love County, where he is facing charges of murder, conspiracy and robbery.

An accomplice in the incident at the Border Buds dispensary was shot and killed by the clerk.
