Two men charged in armed robbery of Warren marijuana dispensary – The Macomb Daily

Two men were arraigned Monday in 37th District Court and charged in connection with a shooting and armed robbery at an illegal Warren marijuana dispensary on June 9.

Michael Demond Graham, 48, of Eastpointe and Lavall Elston Perkins, 63, of Detroit are each charged with four felonies: assault with intent to murder; armed robbery; conspiracy to commit armed robbery; and felony firearm.

Judge Michael Chupa set cash/surety bond at $600,000 for Graham and $500,000 for Perkins.

The probable cause hearing for both men is scheduled for June 20 at 8:45 am and a preliminary exam is set for June 27 at 8:45 am in 37th District Court.

According to Warren police, officers responded to a call of shots fired in the area of Sherwood Avenue and Frazho Road at approximately 12:56 a.m. June 9. When they arrived on the scene, officers discovered a 40-year-old male security guard with gunshot wounds to his extremities.

Warren officers immediately rendered lifesaving medical aid to the victim including the application of tourniquets to control bleeding. The victim was transported by ambulance to a trauma
