B-Real from ‘Cypress Hill’ has grand opening of new dispensary in Tower District Fresno – KMPH Fox 26

FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — B-Real, one of the two main rappers in the platinum music group ‘Cypress Hill’, opened his brand-new dispensary Saturday morning in Fresno.

The new marijuana dispensary is located in the Tower District of Fresno, and there was a line around the building for people wanting to be some of the first customers to visit the store.

It’s been exciting, and to see everybody come out, it’s been amazing.

Cypress Hill was formed in 1988 out of South Gate, California. They were the first Latino American hip-hop group to go platinum and multi-platinum.

California is our home state, so it’s like our backyard.

While guests were waiting for the ribbon cutting to begin, they were able to enjoy a car show, merchandise booths, and even live glass-blowing demonstrations.

Once B-Real officially opened the store with the ribbon-cutting, the store was flooded with guests eager to meet the rapper and try his new branded products, as well as other selections available at the dispensary.

B-Real met fans and signed autographs as he mingled with residents.

When asked why he chose Fresno for his next location, B-Real explained,
