Escanaba’s Elevated Exotics cannabis dispensary celebrates anniversary – WLUC

ESCANABA, Mich. (WLUC) – On Saturday, an Upper Peninsula cannabis dispensary is celebrating its two-year anniversary and upcoming expansion.

Elevated Exotics opened its first store in Republic on June 23, 2021. Owner Nilsson Davis said that’s why the dispensary is having a party this weekend.

Davis said the business continues to grow. The Escanaba location opened last year in April and plans for stores in Marquette and New Buffalo are in the works.

“It kind of goes back to the patients and the medical side of things,” Davis said. “We feel that retail is the best way to get to the patient and to the people that need the best product possible, and we saw a huge opening here in the U.P. for good quality product.”

The celebration is at The Delft in Escanaba and guests must be 21 or older to attend. An RSVP is also required.

Davis said the venue has a mass occupancy limit and space was going fast. Click here to reserve a spot.
