Man accused of breaking into, stealing from dispensary receives deferred sentence – Tahlequah Daily Press

After pleading guilty to breaking into a dispensary and stealing $8,000 worth of marijuana, a Tahlequah man received a seven-year deferred sentence in Cherokee County District Court earlier this month.

Felony charges of burglary of controlled dangerous substance, causing/aiding/abetting minor in drug crime, unlawful possession of controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute, and grand larceny were filed against Jon-Luke Faelan St. Clair, 21, on Dec. 12, 2023.

According to court documents, on Nov. 3, St. Clair, along with a minor, broke into Cannabis Unlimited II Dispensary and stole $8,000 worth of marijuana and cannabis products with intent to distribute.

The defendant received a $20,000 bond and made his initial appearance on Dec. 19.

Special District Judge Gary Huggins presided over the case while Assistant District Attorney Rogers Hughes represented the state.
