New Marijuana Dispensary Opens In Roselle – Patch

ROSELLE, NJ — A new cannabis dispensary, Joyleaf, was opened in Union County by founder and former CEO of online grocery delivery service FreshDirect, Jason Ackerman.

Joyleaf held a grand opening and ribbon cutting at its location at 711 East First Ave., Roselle.

“While we started welcoming customers in December, as with any new business, we spent the first couple of months focused on refining our customer service and customizing it to fit the needs of our home in Roselle. We are now ready to ‘officially’ open,” said Dharshini Casinathen, Co-founder and President at Joyleaf.

Joyleaf praises its team of cannabis experts who understand the challenges of traditional dispensaries.

“Many dispensaries can be overwhelming to consumers especially if they don’t know the exact product they’re looking to purchase. Joyleaf was designed to offer a more comfortable, personalized experience, enabling customers and our joytenders to browse the sales floor together to help discover the right product for the right moments,” according to Joyleaf.
