Charges stick against two suspects in area dispensary robbery – Oakland Press

Two men accused in the robbery of a Warren marijuana dispensary last June were recently bound over on charges of attempted murder and armed robbery.

Micheal Demond Graham, 49, of Eastpointe; and Lavall Elston Perkins, 64, of Detroit were ordered to face the charges in Macomb County Circuit Court last month following a preliminary examination at which Judge Suzanne Faunce of 37th District Court in Warren found there was probable cause a crime was committed and they committed it.

The same charges against Rodney Terrance Robinson, 62, of Detroit, who was accused of being the lookout, were dismissed by Faunce due to a lack of evidence against him.

“They had no evidence he was the lookout,” said Robinson’s attorney, Stanley Szot.

Graham and Perkins were arraigned Monday in front of circuit Judge Edward Servitto and face a Jan. 3 pretrial in front of him in the Mount Clemens courthouse. Graham is being held in the county jail in lieu of a $600,000 bond and Perkins is being held in lieu of a $500,000 bond.
