Dispensaries prepare for increased sales on 4/20 – KAIT

“We went from an average of $775,000 to $2.4 million spent on 4/20 to purchase more than 500 pounds of products,” Hardin added. That is a jump of more than $1.6 million in one day.

For the Spring River Dispensary in Hardy, staff said 4/20 is a day they prepare for weeks ahead of time.
