Good Day Farm acquires, demolishes Riverdale building – Arkansas Times

Griffin CoopDEMOLITION, MAN: Good Day Farm was in the process of demolishing the Raney Building last week.

Good Day Farm has acquired and begun demolition of the building state regulators previously approved as the new site of its dispensary on Cantrell Road. 

Arkansas Business reported this week that GW1234 Investments LLC purchased the building at 3600 Cantrell Road, known as the Raney Building. The publication described the limited liability company as an affiliate of Good Day Farm and said the company had acquired the building for $2.87 million. The project is being financed with a $4.8 million loan from Farmers Bank and Trust of Magnolia, according to Arkansas Business.

Good Day Farm did not provide the Arkansas Times with additional information on the plans for the site upon request. 

In September, the state Medical Marijuana Commission approved Wallis Blair Allen Jr.’s purchase of the nearby Native Green Little Rock dispensary at 3720 Cantrell Road. The dispensary informed the commission in October that it would be changing its name to Good Day Farm Cantrell. In December, the commission approved the dispensary’s request to move to 3600 Cantrell Road.
