Moline hasn’t been collecting tax revenue from its first cannabis dispensary – WVIK

Mayor Sangeetha Rayapati says the Moline City Council approved its Cannabis Tax Ordinance in March, 2020. But it wasn’t submitted to the state by an April 1st deadline. The city’s second cannabis store, Revolution Dispensary, opened last week on 44th Street.
