Organized Crime Commission Execute Search Warrants at Two ABQ Dispensaries – The Paper.

On January 25, New Mexico State Police assisted with the execution of two search warrants in Albuquerque, NM at two Marijuana dispensaries.

After receiving information from the Cannabis Control Division, Agents with the New Mexico Governor’s Organized Crime Commission requested assistance from the New Mexico State Police with executing search warrants at The Cannabis Revolution Dispensary (CRD) located at 806 Old Coors Rd, Suite D, Albuquerque, NM 87121, and The Cannabis Revolution Dispensary (CRD) located at 12999 Central Ave NE, Albuquerque, NM 87123.  Agents from the Tax Fraud Investigation Division also assisted with this operation.

The two dispensaries involved in this investigation are believed to have ties to international organized crime.  This is an ongoing investigation being pursued by the Organized Crime Commission.

Over $1,000,000 total in retail value of unlicensed product was seized.
