Railroad deal leads to closure of cannabis dispensary – The Livingston Enterprise

Lionheart Caregiving will close its Livingston location this week and move its employees to another store in Four Corners.

Due to a land deal between Montana Rail Link and BNSF, the store is no longer permitted to operate a cannabis dispensary at the location, according to a statement to customers from the dispensary, which offers cannabis products for therapeutic and recreational uses.
