CASEY, Ill. (WTHI) – After months of working out of a trailer, Thrive Dispensary is officially welcoming customers in its brand new building.
Thrive is a cannabis dispensary company that has been operating in Eastern Illinois for the past few years. In September of 2023, it opened its newest location in Casey, Illinois. At the time of the initial opening, they were working out of a trailer while their permanent structure was being completed.
The new building offers a more streamlined and spacious experience, stocking cannabis products that are grown in Illinois.
“This is huge. I was just talking to the gentleman who does the numbers for Thrive. It’s going to be a big enough jump in financial support that it will allow our community to do a lot of things it would not be able to do without dollars” says Mike Nichols, the Mayor of Casey.
Customers at Thrive must be twenty-one years of age or older to enter the premise.
