Stolen Hyundai used to ram through doors of Bothell dispensary | KOMO – KOMO News

BOTHELL, Wash. — Investigators say six suspects used a stolen Hyundai to ram through the front doors of a cannabis dispensary in Bothell Thursday morning.

Police responded to the Have a Heart dispensary at 22624 Meridian Ave South around 3:30 a.m. and located significant damage to the front of the business.

This is at least the third time this location has been burglarized in the last month, according to Diane Walter, the vice president of Have a Heart.

Ramming through the doors of pot shops has become a trend in recent years and it frequently involves the use of stolen Hyundai and Kia vehicles that are easily stolen.

In November, KOMO News covered a similar burglary at the Have a Heart location in north Seattle.

According to Bothell police, there were two Hyundais used in Thursday’s burglary — one was stolen from Lynnwood and the other was stolen from Pierce County.

Police are still looking for the suspects and ask anyone with information to call Bothell police.
